| PROBLEMS - SOLUTIONS |
| PROBLEM When trying to connect to the ELF unit using the software, an error window comes up and says... "Controller initialisation timed-out. Reset the controller and try again?" SOLUTION |
| PROBLEM When using the ELF, the sequence shows okay on the front panel but the lights don't flash in sequence - possibly all are turned on. SOLUTION Follow the suggested wiring diagrams. Check that each frame does light individually by applying power to only one frame. Now check which terminal the wires are connected to on the ELF. It is important that the frames are connected to the right hand terminal when looking at the ELF from above. Check for cross wiring. For testing, simplify by connecting 1 frame only - does it flash? If so, connect 1 more frame and see if they both work. |
